Omega Chi and Kappa Tau each throw parties to celebrate the end of the campus restrictions. The Kappa Taus do not have the funds to put on the party they always throw but they might just find a way to have a great party. Meanwhile, Casey finds a new beau Ryan Prince, while Rusty tries to finds a way out of his thing with Tina.
